All our products are 100% vegan and vegetarian bariatric vitamins and supplements. All the ingredients used in our formula are vegetarian.

We do NOT use gelatin capsules. Most bariatric multivitamins contain “Vegetable cellulose” mainly because it is cheap. While vegetable cellulose capsules are made from plant cellulose, the rigorous manufacturing process it undergoes synthetically alters the cellulose to make it into a hard capsule (referred to as Hypromellose, or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose HPMC).

We extensively researched environmentally friendly and vegetarian capsules and found pullulan to be the purest capsule available. Bariboost uses high-quality Pullulan capsules that are certified for pharmaceutical use and approved by the Vegetarian Society. They are Eco-friendly as no toxic chemicals are involved in growing, harvesting and extracting pullulan.
